We’re wedding photographers, right? Like, we hardly take on anything outside the scope of weddings, boudoir, and renewal. So, when Tessa (she’s also a photographer, check her out!) was all, “yo I want you to take family photos for me,” we were stoked but scared as hell. We knew what we wanted to deliver to her and, despite the fact that we don’t really do family photography, we dove in feet first and rocked it out. After the session we all crashed back at her Subaru to eat donuts she brought up from Hendough. Emma shared her chocolate sprinkle one with me, so we cheersed with it, because that’s what you do when a 5 year old is rad as hell. This is the thing, Tessa and her kids are wild! They ran around, dog piled, lost their shoes, screamed, played, and had an all around adventure. That’s the family shoot for us. No posing, just playing and LIVING.
