I find myself helping my clients plan their elopements and intimate weddings more often than not, I have a lot of experience with planning and can help point you in a direction that fits your vision. I will ask you deep questions - about who you are as individuals and as a couple. I'll ask you about your vision and goals for the experience you see in your head. I was born and raised in these mountains and as an Animist, I have an intimate relationship with the land. This lends itself nicely to my knowledge of locations - nooks and crannies that aren't instafamous. Helping facilitate a space that is supportive and safe so you can feel free, known, and seen is what it's all about for me.
What is an elopement? For my clients it's an honest, intentional, and heart centered celebration of their union. Sometimes that involves just the two of them and me as their officiant on a mountain top during the moon phase that resonates with them. Sometimes it involves a couple of their dearest friends standing in a river at a waterfall and a blessingway with a tarot reading. Sometimes it involves their immediate family on the Blue Ridge Parkway and a cute reception afterward. The best part about elopements and intimate weddings is the ability to craft them so they're wholly and entirely yours.

My fiancé and I booked a session with Fox and Owl for our engagement photos.
