We hung out with Cindy + Nate on Sunday and it was epic.

They’re both architects and we were able to shoot at the location of a home Nate is designing.  There was a barn, a partial foundation, big fallen logs, a mountainside, and also a lake.

This lake, y’all. This lake is kind of gem where we live. It’s sort of mysterious and always leaves us wondering – are you allowed to swim/fish/boat in it or is at all private property?  We said eff it; let’s ask Cindy + Nate to jump in.

They did.

At one point before the jump Cindy revealed that she had never actually jumped in a lake. Nate responded with, “You haven’t?! How are we getting married?” They’ll have this memory forever, the first time Cindy jumped in a lake was with Nate.

I sort of love that.

Also, we saw a deer, a pretty little hawk, butterflies, and a blue heron. Andrew and I also probably got in with them.  Yesterday kicked ass.
